The Beautiful Queen Suite offered a fine view of the Asinelli Tower and Basilica San Petronio. With spacious, clean interiors and a minimalist design, it felt cute and invigorating. High ceilings and large windows illuminated the room beautifully. Davide, our host, was responsive, helping with local recommendations and any queries we had. The communal kitchen had plenty of supplies, and the cozy library nook with record player was a good bonus. Having the bathroom located outside our flat was a bit inconvenient, especially at night. A wardrobe in the room would have enhanced our stay as well. Despite these issues, we loved the charm of this accommodation and would happily return.

My rollercoaster experience!
The location is unbeatable, enriching our stay as we explored all nearby attractions effortlessly. Davide.
Initially, we were perplexed by the external private bathroom setup. It felt unconventional and slightly inconvenient despite the ample space within the living area. This unusual layout took a bit of adjustment.

great central location, beautiful old building, spacious living area
No ensuite bathroom for our unit!!! Difficult for elderly guests at night!!! There was an overwhelming amount of street noise !!! The distance to the shared toilet was inconvenient.

The setup of the kitchen and the external private bathroom felt a bit unconventional and presented some inconveniences, especially when it came to navigating stairs at night. The room's layout lacked proper storage, with only an open rack for clothes and no drawers, and amenities like a safe or sufficient seating were missing, which could frustrate guests seeking convenience.

A beautifully decorated Superior King Room with fine city views and modern amenities added a special touch to our stay.
The external private bathroom was quite inconvenient, especially at night when returning from the bathroom required navigating stairs.

The suite featured fine decor and an optimal view over the square, complemented by a spacious, luxurious bathroom that felt immaculate. Davide, the host, was helpful, ensuring smooth check-in and providing excellent local insights. The homemade muffins offered for breakfast were a good touch. Parking could be a challenge despite the arrangements in place, and noise levels from the street occasionally disrupted our tranquility.
